Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At Lushfairy, your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s a clear and simple guide to our order cancellation, refund, and exchange process.

1. Order Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel, email info@lushfairy.in or call +91 95098 91118.

Cancellations by Lushfairy

  • We may cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability or payment issues).

  • You will be informed immediately and receive a full refund.

2. Refunds

Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to orders that qualify for return (see section below).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted products

Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you with approval or rejection status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delayed Refunds

  • If not received after 10 business days, check with your bank/credit card provider.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • We generally do not accept returns once an item is delivered. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

  • In rare cases where a return is approved, you must share a clear, uncut unboxing video as proof.

  • Return acceptance is at Lushfairy’s discretion.

Initiating a Return

  • Email info@lushfairy.in or call +91 95098 91118 with your order number and issue details.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective/incorrect.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges allowed within 3 days of delivery for size or color issues.

  • Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags.

  • Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer and communicated upfront.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, you may pick another item of equal value or request a refund (if eligible).

  • Products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

5. Store Credit

Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit. It never expires and can be used for any future purchase.

6. Important Notes

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • All returned products undergo quality checks. Used or damaged items will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
