1. Order Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

3. Returns & Exchanges

We generally do not accept returns once an item is delivered. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

In rare cases where a return is approved, you must share a clear, uncut unboxing video as proof.

Return acceptance is at Lushfairy’s discretion.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges allowed within 3 days of delivery for size or color issues.

Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags.

Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer and communicated upfront.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, you may pick another item of equal value or request a refund (if eligible).

Products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
5. Store Credit
Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit. It never expires and can be used for any future purchase.

Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All returned products undergo quality checks. Used or damaged items will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
