Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At Lushfairy, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by Lushfairy: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill it due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability or payment issues. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

  1. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for orders that qualify for return (see our Return and Exchange Policy below).

Refunds will be issued only if the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Non-Refundable Items: Customized or made-to-order clothing items are non-refundable, as they are specially tailored to your preferences.

Sale or discounted items are also not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-customized items. The items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, email us at info@lushfairy.in or call us at +91 95098 91118 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are possible within 7 days of delivery. If you need a different size or color of the same item, contact our support team to arrange the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a different item of equal value or request a refund (if eligible).

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  1. Store Credit

In some cases, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire.

 

  1. Important Notes

Final Sale Items: Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Quality Checks: All returned items undergo a thorough quality check. If the returned items are found to be used or damaged, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
