- Shipping Destinations: We ship to a wide range of locations both domestically and internationally. If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
Note: Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
- Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all orders.
International Shipping: Shipping fees apply for orders outside India, calculated per kilogram. The total shipping cost will be determined based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For custom or made-to-order items, processing may take 7-10 business days, as each piece is tailored to your specifications.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed and a subsequent email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
- Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination but generally range from 7-10 business days. Customs processing may delay delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs inspections.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment. If you experience issues with tracking or have questions about your delivery, please contact our support team.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders): For international orders, any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local tax office for more information on import fees.
If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, we are not liable for product exchanges, returns, or refunds.
- Delivery Issues: If your package is delayed or goes missing, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you updated on the status of your order.
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your building’s management first. If the package still cannot be found, contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery date for assistance.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

UPI: Use Unified Payments Interface for quick transactions.

For domestic orders, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note that the COD option is available for orders with a maximum value of ₹10,000.
For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment options and accept all major MasterCard, American Express, and Visa cards along with recognized payment gateways such as PayPal and PayU.
Credit note usage: If you are issued any credit note, you shall receive it on your registered email ID. It can be applied only once on our official website and within 3 months from the date of issue.
Note - In accordance with our policy, all items marked as 'Sale' are considered non-returnable.
