1. Shipping Destinations

We ship across India and to many international locations.
If we cannot deliver to your location, you’ll be notified during checkout.

Note: Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

2. Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders (India)

• Free Shipping on all orders within India.

International Orders

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and displayed at checkout.

• Additional customs duties or taxes may apply as per your country’s regulations.
  

3. Order Processing Time

• Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

• Custom or made-to-order items take 7–10 business days, as they are specially crafted for you.

• Order Confirmation Email – once your order is placed

• Tracking Email – once your order has been dispatched
  

4. Shipping Timelines

Domestic Shipping

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch

• Express shipping options available at extra cost
  

International Shipping

• Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days depending on destination

Customs clearance can sometimes cause delays beyond our control

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email.
If you face issues tracking your order, contact our support team and we’ll assist you.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

• Please check with your local customs office to understand applicable charges.

• If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  

7. Delivery Issues

• If your package is delayed or goes missing, contact us right away — we’ll coordinate with the courier and keep you updated.

• If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors or building security.
  If still not found, notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date so we can help.
  

8. Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed:

• We will contact you to arrange reshipment.

• Additional shipping charges may apply.

For India:

• UPI & Popular eWallets

• COD available with part payment — secure your order with ₹199 upfront; pay the remaining amount when you receive your item.

For International Orders:

• Prepaid orders only

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted
  Trusted payment gateways like PayPal and PayU
  

Credit Notes:

• Issued to your registered email ID

• Valid for one-time use on our website, within 3 months of issue
  Note: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.

1. Order Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

• After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations by Lushfairy

• We may cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability or payment issues).

• You will be informed immediately and receive a full refund.

2. Refunds

Eligibility

• Refunds apply only to orders that qualify for return (see section below).

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Sale or discounted products

Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you with approval or rejection status.

• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delayed Refunds

• If not received after 10 business days, check with your bank/credit card provider.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

• We generally do not accept returns once an item is delivered. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

• In rare cases where a return is approved, you must share a clear, uncut unboxing video as proof.

• Return acceptance is at Lushfairy’s discretion.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective/incorrect.
  
  

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges allowed within 3 days of delivery for size or color issues.

• Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags.

• Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer and communicated upfront.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, you may pick another item of equal value or request a refund (if eligible).

• Products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

5. Store Credit

Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit. It never expires and can be used for any future purchase.

6. Important Notes

• Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• All returned products undergo quality checks. Used or damaged items will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
