3. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For custom or made-to-order items, processing may take 7-10 business days, as each piece is tailored to your specifications.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed and a subsequent email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

 

4. Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination but generally range from 7-10 business days. Customs processing may delay delivery.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by Lushfairy: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill it due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability or payment issues. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for orders that qualify for return (see our Return and Exchange Policy below).

Refunds will be issued only if the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Non-Refundable Items: Customized or made-to-order clothing items are non-refundable, as they are specially tailored to your preferences.

Sale or discounted items are also not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility: We currently do not accept the returns on any products once delivered. We encourage the customers to review the product details carefully before placing an order.

How to Initiate a Return: In exceptional cases, where a return request is considered, the customer must provide a clear unpacking video from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits. Return requests without an unpacking video will not be entertained. The final decision regarding acceptance of the return lies solely with Lushfairy.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are possible within 3 days of delivery. If you need a different size or color of the same item, contact our support team to arrange the exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all the tags intact. Exchange requests must be made by contacting our customer support team within the stipulated time frame. Products once exchanged will not be eligible for further exchange.

Shipping Charges or any other Incidental Charges incurred during the exchange process will be borne by the Customer and communicated in advance.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a different item of equal value or request a refund (if eligible).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

5. Store Credit

In some cases, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire.
